In the near future, the Galactic Watch decide that Earth must be protected from the Overlord. They select an unlikely super-hero in Fred Flam to assist in protecting innocent people from villainy. Flam a.k.a. "Daddy Boy Beef Chunk" is a father. But since the Watch are ultra careful types, they do not have much confidence in adult humans, they give the control of Flam's super powers to his children. One push of the control device and Fred is transformed into a super hero complete with costume and cape. Besides protecting innocent people and cleaning up Big City, Daddy Boy Beef Chunk will have to save the Earth from evil interlopers.
